Introduction

      The Anhui Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision manages the municipal and county bureau directly. Our main Responsibilities as follows.

(1)Carry out the policy, laws and regulations on the national quality and technology supervision; Plan and establish the local statutes, rules and implementing methods.

(3)Generally supervise the quality management in the province. Plan and establish the development stratagems and policy improving our provincial quality level, generalize the developed experiences and methods on quality management, carry out quality management systems on significant project devices in line with other departments, in charge of organization to inquiry significant product quality accidents, and manage the licenses of industry products in accordance with laws.

(4)Organize to implement national standards, and supervise the implementing circumstance. Generally administer the project, examination and approval, number and issuance of the local standards, and put the enterprises standards on records. Generally supervise the codes of organization and merchandise bar codes in the whole province.

(5)Supervise the metrological work. Generalize and enforce legal measures, and carry out the national metrological system. Establish the local measure regulations and technology criterions, and organize the measures interconversion. Rule and supervise the measurement actions of the merchandise.

(6)Administer and supervise the certification and approbation. Plan and establish the program of certification and approbation of Anhui province, carry out the CCC certification. Supervise the institution of quality inspection according to law, and examine the certificated product, certificate and supervise the social agency related with the quality and technology supervision. Take charge the metrological certification on the institution of quality inspection in the province.

(7)Generally administer the safety inspection of special equipment, such as boiler, pressure vessel, elevator, pressure piping, crane, ropeway and recreational facility .etc. Carry out national laws and regulations. Supervise the imports and exports of the boiler and pressure vessel.

(8)Establish developing programming of quality and technology supervision. Organize and harmonize the work of quality and technology supervision between industry and profession. Administer and direct the scientific work of quality and technology supervision. Carry out popularization, education, training, information managing. Carry out the work of professional competency.

(9)Administer overall work of organization, personnel and financial together with other related organ.
